This is a very easy recipe that will complement any dinner. The spice mix gives the potatoes a wonderful color and flavor!
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 T Phil’s 21 Spice Rub (or more to taste)
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F2. Peel and cut potatoes into cubes. Fill a large bowl with warm water and soak cut potatoes in water for 10 minutes. 3. Drain potatoes and rinse again with water. Pat potatoes with towel to get rid of excess moisture4. In a large bowl combine potatoes, olive oil and Phil’s 21 spice rub. Toss potatoes to evenly coat with mixture.5. Place potatoes in a single layer on a roasting pan or baking sheet6. Roast for 20 – 30 minutes in the preheated oven, turning occasionally to brown on all sides.
